Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all merchandise purchased from PBAJ Collective (“PBAJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy operates in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall control.

1. All Sales Final

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier issues

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items Only

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or materially incorrect

  • The issue is reported within seven (7) days of delivery

To be eligible, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo evidence of the defect or error

  • A brief description of the issue

Issues reported after seven (7) days will not be eligible for review.

3. Resolution Method

If a claim is approved, PBAJ Collective will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund for the item price only (excluding shipping)

Refund method and timing are determined by PBAJ Collective.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Shipping costs

  • Customs duties or international fees

  • Delays caused by carriers or fulfillment partners

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Address errors provided by the customer

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact PBAJ Collective prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks that violate this policy may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of this policy as evidence to the payment processor

6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

PBAJ Collective reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.

7. Policy Updates

PBAJ Collective reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of merchandise constitutes acceptance of any updates.
