Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how merchandise orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. This policy operates in addition to and in conjunction with the PBAJ Collective Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the Terms & Conditions control.

1. Fulfillment Method

All merchandise is produced and fulfilled by third‑party fulfillment partners. PBAJ Collective does not manufacture, stock, or directly ship merchandise.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing times vary by product, order volume, and fulfillment capacity. Processing time does not include shipping time and is not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guarantees. Estimated delivery dates may change due to factors outside PBAJ Collective’s control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, customs inspections, or operational issues.

4. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for merchandise pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. PBAJ Collective is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after carrier transfer.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

PBAJ Collective is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Customers are responsible for ensuring secure delivery locations.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. PBAJ Collective is not responsible for non‑delivery caused by incorrect address details.

7. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. PBAJ Collective is not responsible for customs delays, refusals, or additional charges.

8. Returns Related to Shipping

All sales are final except for defective or incorrect items reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Shipping delays, carrier errors, or delivery issues do not qualify for refunds or returns.

9. Policy Updates

PBAJ Collective reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of merchandise constitutes acceptance of any changes.
